By accessing or using MavDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
MavDash is a gamified sales performance dashboard for real estate teams. We provide tools for tracking agent activity, visualizing goal progress, and running team competitions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
You agree not to misuse MavDash or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access accounts that are not yours, reverse-engineering the service, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.
MavDash and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MavDash and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MavDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of MavDash after changes constitutes acceptance.
